By using this website or booking a service with Burnaby Roadside Assistance (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Services Provided

We specialize in emergency roadside services within the Greater Burnaby area, including:

Lockout – Unlocking vehicles when keys are lost or locked inside.
Tire Repair – Flat tire inflation or replacement (spare installation).
Jumpstart – Battery boost services for vehicles that won’t start.
Tesla – Roadside services specifically tailored for Tesla owners (non-towing).

Service availability may vary depending on time, location, and vehicle make/model.

Response Time & Availability

We aim to respond to most service requests within 30–60 minutes, depending on traffic and technician availability.
While we operate 24/7, wait times may vary during peak hours, severe weather, or high-demand situations.

We’ll always provide an estimated arrival time during booking and keep you informed of any delays.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are quoted before service is dispatched and may vary based on vehicle type or difficulty of the job.
Full payment is required at the time of service via cash, debit, credit, or other accepted methods.
Burnaby Roadside Assistance reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

You may cancel your request without charge before a technician is dispatched.
If you cancel after dispatch or once the technician arrives on-site, a call-out fee may apply.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 5–7 business days.

Service Limitations

We do not provide:

Towing services
Fuel delivery
Mechanical repairs

For Tesla vehicles, please note:

We do not service high-voltage or internal battery issues.
Access to certain Tesla features (e.g., frunk opening) may require your app login or approval.

Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to provide safe and effective roadside help, Burnaby Roadside Assistance is not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Pre-existing vehicle issues or damage caused by unsafe locations (e.g., highways or construction zones)
Failures due to poor vehicle maintenance, battery degradation, or electrical malfunctions

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site (logos, text, graphics) is owned by Burnaby Roadside Assistance and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Privacy Policy
